Returns and Refunds Policy
Article 1 (Period for accepting returns and exchanges)
Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience will only be accepted if we are contacted within 5 days of product arrival.
If this period is exceeded, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges.
Article 2 (Conditions for returns and exchanges)
We will accept returns and exchanges if the following conditions are met:
• The product must be unused.
• The product must be in the same condition as when it arrived (including tags, accessories, and packaging).
• We must have been contacted within 5 days of product arrival.
Article 3 (Products that cannot be returned or exchanged)
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
• Products that have been used once • Products that have been soiled or damaged by the customer • Products for which 6 days or more have passed since their arrival • Sale items or specially priced items (if applicable)
Article 4 (Defective products or incorrect deliveries)
If a product is damaged, has an initial defect, or if you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of product arrival. In such cases, we will bear the shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
Article 5 (Returns due to customer convenience)
In the case of returns due to customer convenience, the following costs will be borne by the customer:
• Return shipping fees
• Transfer fees for refunds
Article 6 (Refund method)
After confirming the returned product, we will issue a refund via bank transfer within 7 business days.
